The Talent Community was started by friends in the talent industry who wanted a more inclusive environment for HR,  Inhouse, Agency, RPO and Talent Vendors. Fed up with the exclusion that many Talent & HR Professionals were facing and determined to make sure that everyone had a fair chance to get their foot in the door and thrive, the talent community was born!

2 years later and with over 15,000 followers and members, two dozen newsletters, dozens of successful sold out events, webinars, a first of its kind vendor hub providing exclusive discounts to over 50 talent vendors. We're happy to say things are going well. We're bootstrapped and grown organically. Now we have a wonderful team of 20+ community managers supporting the community and helping it grow.

A core pillar of our community is “Safe Space” to discuss common challenges without feeling judged. 

Our Values are inspired by The Talent Community's vision of an industry in which all people attain the highest possible level of support, inclusivity and opportunity. We are individually and collectively committed to putting these values into practice. The growth of the community in such a short space shows the desire for something like this to exist.
